Thank you for not smoking in our hotel. However, if you feel the need to smoke, please use the outdoor areas of our hotel. If you enjoy your cigarette in our room, we will have to charge you a special cleaning fee of 250,00 EUR.

You will find e-charging stations for e-cars and e-bikes directly in front of the GREFIS Hotel.

To use our GREFIS Spa and the rooftop area, you must be at least 18 years old. As a guest of our spa, you have access to our rooftop pool, which is heated all year round.

We don't want to promise too much, but as a rule your car will be safe in our parking spaces or in the underground car park. We charge 12.00 EUR per parking space and night.

Our queen-size beds are 1.60 m wide and our king-size beds are 1.80 m wide. Our rooms are also equipped with twin beds, which are 1.80 m wide.

Just ask our team. We will be happy to provide you with another blanket.

If you need an adapter, please contact our team at any time. Alternatively, we have equipped the bedside sockets directly with USB ports.

You are welcome to borrow an umbrella from our reception for a deposit of EUR 5.00.
